Long time no posting but here I am again! We're going to have a lot of fun posting random things about random events that go on in miscellaneous lives! So, for example, it's snowing right now, its a leap year, and my elbow itches. Waddaya know!?

Bullying: It has to STOP!!!

So lately in the news, you've been hearing about suicides due to bullying. And some people out there must be thinking, that was probably some really harsh bullying or the kid's a wimp. But I have a friend, who was teased and has tried to kill his/herself (not implying gender) many time. Bullying is very mean and extremely disrespectful to anyone and everyone. If you have ever bullied a kid or another person, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Bullying at first doesn't seem like much but it's just not on the surface that you hurt that person. It's deep down and it's those scars deep down that NEVER heal. My friend was in the hospital for over a month because some jerks decided that teasing him/her would be funny and cool. Well listen here you assholes, it wasn't! I hope you all get what you deserve! He/she told me that he/she held a knife up to his/her neck! Overdosed on his/her medicine! All there incidents are very real and i try to be a good friend and listen and support him/her whenever i can but my efforts are wasted if the assholes keep teasing him/her. The poor guy/girl switched school because people were being such jerks and every time i want him/her to come back, he/she says that will only make it more likely that he/she will kill herself.

Dr. Michael Fowlin, a man specialized in race,discrimination, violence prevention and personal identity. He gave a lecture and said don't be a zebra. You know why? Zebras, when one of them is attacked by lions/other predators they just stand by and watch it go down without helping. So if you ever tease someone or bully them in any way, KNOCK IT OFF! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW BAD YOU'RE HURTING THEM!!! Don't stop right before they go and kill themselves. Stop bullying before it even starts. Stand up for what you know is right, even if you're the only one standing...

Ice Land

You know what is a bad combination... Snow and Rain and cold
it snows, and then it rains, and then the rain freezes, covering everything in ICE!
That is basically what Wellesley looks like today and yesterday. ICE EVERYWHERE!

Nor'Easter

Does anyone know what a Nor'easter is? Well I'm not too sure either but I'm pretty sure it's kinda a hurricane but forms over land. So we were recently hit by one that left 30,000 people all over New England without power
it snowed so much and a ton of trees fell, breaking houses, cutting power lines, and one branch landed on a lady. She's okay no worry.

I hope everyone is having a great week and fun plans for this weekend. I'm going to New Hampshire for winter sports fun!

Happy 2011!!

Wow i have not posted in forever!

I hope everyone had great holidays! And an amazing new year! I know i did even though champagne came out my nose and my iPod fell in a pool but those are all details! it was amazing this year has started out great! My nose not longer hurts and my iPod LIVES! Adria, just in case you were wondering!!

Adria and I spent our holidays together to celebrate our 15th birthdays together, which is a very big deal in Brasil, which is where I'm from in case anyone forgot! I wish you all had been there! it would've made that party so much more amazing! Imagine, all of us together her, chillin' out at my god parent's parents' ranch in Brasil, a balmy 75 degrees, swimming in a pool, having waiters serve us drinks and food! Music blasting as loud as the parents tolerate (it was actually quite loud, which is probably why i didn't hear my iPod fall in the pool...) It would have been soooo much fun! We would also all play soccer after lunch and watch Alice get hit in the head by a rogue purple kite (It actually happened, jut ask Adria!) Adria and I really wished you could've been there!
Ignore my ranting about vacation. School is still annoying, slightly less so since the year is coming to an end (even though it's not even spring yet...)

What sports are you all planning to playing this year? I'm going to play softball in the summer and spring (i'm doing it in the winter too!)

New England Weather= GARGH!

I absolutely hate new england weather. One day it'll be cold and cloudy, with temperatures 10-20 degrees Fahrenheit and then the next day, it's sunny, and the temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit. it's crazy and there's absolutely no snow!!! What is up with that!? I mean come on what does a girl need to do to get a blizzard? COME ON I'm feeling very snow deprived!
